ALEXIS N. PARRA is the founder and owner of Ablis Ventures, a boutique firm focused on two divisions: Dealings and Revelry. Dealings, is the business develop division assisting organizations in B2B client growth and providing services in client cultivation, strategic negotiations and positioning. The Revelry division brings a business mindset to special events while overseeing concept creation to execution to the take away–even after the lights go out.

Owner, Alexis N. Parra, founded Ablis Ventures as a result of assisting other entrepreneurs and community members with various ventures over the years due to her roles within corporate sector and involvement in the community. The assistance she casually provided varied from brainstorming sessions or connecting individuals and organizations. She soon realized that she had a great deal of passion for providing a helping hand and opening doors to entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations and watching them succeed. During this time she also identified a niche of privately owned businesses that had a great deal of strength and growth potential, but were missing a piece of the puzzle and needed someone to cultivate relationships and position them on a higher and more strategic level. Current resources limited their focus to care for the daily operations of the organization.

Her professional background includes experience within human resources, diversity marketing and foundation giving within the financial and oil/petroleum industries. Within these roles she carried a second hat function as a corporate representative on boards and major events allowing her to cultivate partnerships throughout the years. She is also deeply rooted in the community and strongly believes in giving back. She served as the previous Chair of the National Hispanic Women’s Conference for the Hispanic Women’s Corporation, overseeing the largest gathering of Latinas nationally, served as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Multi-Cultural and Arts Foundation, a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters to name a few. She obtained her B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. Her business endeavors have taken her on projects internationally and brings a global mindset to all divisions of Ablis Ventures.
