Today I attended a sales interactive workshop were different people from different industries participated both by talking and logging answers or topics into a virtual system where everyone could see what the rest was up to. The best of all was that at the end of the workshop all the knowledge that was shared was classified and summarized and the process and the output was of great value.
In order of relevance below are the Top five areas of opportunity in sales in this new economy.

4. Listening and engaging.
5. Building communities.
