Good news for the Spanish speaking Twitter’s user community. A group of volunteers translated Twitter into Spanish within one month making it available now in three languages; English, Japanese and Spanish.  

Tweeter is a micro blogging site that allows you to post messages 140 characters long and follow other users, as well as, other users to follow your posts. The site gain a lot of popularity during the presidential elections and today many politicians, businesses, news channels, artists, etc., post messages in the site.
